David L. Wallace, Jr. - President
David will play an important role with you, the Owner. Mr. Wallace will be your initial contact and will be preparing the proposal of services and fees as well as contract negotiation and considers customer satisfaction a number one goal. David has an extensive background in hospitality Architecture, through his many years working in the firm. His experience will help with any initial questions you may have, along with guiding your project through the development process. Combined with this knowledge is a detailed understanding of the owner experience, as Mr. Wallace has been involved in the development, ownership and operation of several hotels. His understanding of the financial principals of operations can help in planning your successful hotel development.
